Case study
If band A and B want to play a gig together, they could promote both their individual artist Fanteraction profiles to the audience, OR they could promote both their profiles at the same time though one single gig profile.
So instead of having this situation:

…we would have this (if a band created a gig profile for the event):
(Yup, the Fanteraction remote-control can indicate to the audience which band is playing, and what song in real time. Check out how here: How to use Fanteraction’s remote-control).
And so this is the advantage of using Fanteraction gig profiles when playing with other bands on the bill: not confusing your fans.
